in the heart of Nottingham's Creative Quarter

Hosted by Tech Nottingham, Hack24 is a 24 hour coding competition in Nottingham city centre. 

Teams of up to four people compete for some awesome prizes by starting with innovative ideas and building them into new things. 

Clever things, useful things, funny, arty or philanthropic, whatever you build, you've got just 24 hours to make it a prize winner!

How does it work?

Companies sponsor the hackathon and challenge attendees work in teams to write software, build gadgets and generally make creative use of their products and they have 24 hours to do it.
It's a lot of fun, and sponsors award prizes for the most innovative and creative ideas.

For attendees there's free food, drink, prizes and other great surprises on offer as well as a fun, frantic 24 hours getting their hacks together.

For sponsors, it's a unique opportunity to share their products with a room full of creative people, get rapid, honest feedback, share the culture of their organisation and leave a lasting, meaningful impression on everyone involved.
