In technology we spend a lot of time thinking about change. How to deliver new features for our users? How to ship features safely and without service disruption? How to transform our businesses and organisations?
But how much time do we spend talking about the impact that change has on us, the humans who build and run these systems? In this talk we'll explore the human side of change.
Hannah will share her experiences of managing change. She will talk about the psychology of change and how it's influenced her approach while helping her team and peers navigate their way through a huge amount of change in the past 12 months.
